“Fit to a T” Free lecture on bone health

The progression Physical Therapy of Princeton is organizing a free lecture on bone health.

Part one: a licensed physical therapist will teach you safe and appropriate exercises for weight bearing, postural strengthening, balance and general leg, hip, core strengthening. 

Part two: A certified nutritionist will educate you regarding appropriate foods and food combinations to eat and what not to eat for maximal bone health.
