From 13 to 23 October, students of Specialized English Language School No. 4, named after N.A. Nekrasov, will:
1. attend lessons on osteoporosis and its prevention under the slogan "Build, Protect, Strengthen Your Bones for Life";
2. attend a lecture, "Give Health to Your Bones," on 13 October. The speaker will be Anna Nazarova, MD, a teacher at Yaroslavl State Medical University (YSMU);
3. take part in the annual drawing contest "Give Health to Your Bones."
All of the events will make wide use of the materials IOF recommends for marking WOD 2026.
