“Get Active, Let’s Move” Campaign

While many understand the importance of physical health, we often overlook early signs that our bodies give until they encounter some limitations in movement.

For instance, we could wake up with unexpected stiffness in our knees or struggle to lift a bag of groceries. These could be tell-tale signs of declining mobility!

In conjunction with World Osteoporosis Day 2024, Malaysia’s No.1 Adult Milk Powder Anlene is launching the Get Active, Let’s Move campaign, to continue its mission to empower Malaysians to pay attention to their bone, joint and muscle health, and to help them continue to move freely and enjoy life without limitations.

“There is an urgent need to raise awareness of osteoporosis among Malaysian adults. As a pioneer in advocating in bone, joint, and muscle health, Anlene’s Get Active, Let’s Move campaign reinforces the importance for Malaysians to recognize their body’s early signs and take proactive steps toward better bone and muscle health,” said Lim Siew Poh, the Marketing Director of Fonterra Brands Malaysia and Singapore.
