Butterfly Conference: A Real Conversation between Patients and Doctors!

As every year, this year too the Butterfly Bone Health Society intends to celebrate World Osteoporosis Day by holding the 17th annual informative Conference, on Saturday, October 12, 2024, at the Divani Caravel Hotel, Athens.

This is the only Conference, open to the public, that brings together doctors and patients, informing them of the latest news about osteoporosis and skeletal health in general.

As in past years, experienced health professionals are enthusiastically supporting the work of Butterfly Society and will develop thematic sections around osteoporosis, exercise, nutrition, vitamins, arthritis, psychology and many other issues of interest to patients, informing of the latest developments.

Above all, however, they will support and promote dialogue between specialists and patients, so that the latter are more properly informed and follow the doctors' instructions.

At the same time, a variety of tests will be carried out such as: bone density tests, plantogram, liposuctions, hearing tests, muscle strengthening test, physical therapy consultation, vein triplex, podiatry examination, etc. Exams are held by appointment.

Entry for members is free. For non-members there is a symbolic entry price of €5 and the incomes/profits will be allocated for the purposes of the association.
